Project Ivory is being built in West Texas’ Dawson County. Construction started in March and is expected to be completed next month, according to a news release.
San Antonio’s city-owned electric and gas utility CPS Energy has a power purchase agreement to buy the electricity generated by Project Ivory.
All told, OCI Energy has developed more than 500 megawatts of solar projects that CPS Energy buys power from.
